Apply a dime size of cream to the anal opening and wait 3-5 minutes before engaging in anal play. Reapply as needed. BDE is not a lubricant and should be used with your preferred personal lubricant.

BDE is made in the USA and comes in a 1. 5 oz. tube with a convenient flip cap.
